APFC PANELS

MCC PANELS

Motor control centers are designed to meet IEC 61439 specifications with standard and Rittal busbar system.MCC panels with RITTAL make “Ri4POWER” structured system solution and Riline60 busbar system for export projects. MCC panels fabricated with ‘Ingress Protection’ in SS and MS as per customer requirements (IP certificate)

In most of the MCCs, auto/manual provision will be there. With manual provision motors can be operated manually. In auto provision external signal is required to start the motor. The signal is given by the control panel. Indicators for the motor operation also will be present in control panel.

PLC PANELS

STARTER PANELS

Starter Panels: groups of starters combined together - considering the role and location of their respective equipment - for centralized control and monitoring of motors/pumps.

Junction boxes

Remote control panels are used for remote operations.
Junction boxes are used as a junction between main panel and field instruments.
IP certificates for IP 54 and IP 55 are provided for MS and SS fabrication of RCP and JB.

Compartmentalization of starters facilitates modular design and aid in fault identification and rectification. Power Distribution Boards and Lighting Distribution Boards with MCCBs and/or MCBs arrangements are also offered.

VFD PANELS

VFD’s are used to control the speed and torque of motor with the use of variable frequency. It is specially constructed with front and rear access for easy wiring and maintenance. These are designed to give sophisticated front appearance and spacious internal layout to facilitate easy preservation.

PCC PANEL

Power Control Centre (PCC) is used for distribution and control of various power source used in industry.
Power Control panel (engineering) A control panel is a flat, often vertical, area where control or monitoring instruments are displayed. They are found in factories to monitor and control machines or production lines and in places such as nuclear power plants, ships, aircraft and mainframe computers.

IEC 61439 specifications:
Power control center are designed to meet as per IEC 61439 as global requirements.
PCC panel with 4000A, 3200A and 2000A incomer and bus coupler section and busbar system.
PCC panel manufacturing with switchgear.

AMF PANEL
